Exchange Policy

At Zasica Outfit, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges subject to the terms outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper care

Size Exchanges

If the item does not fit as expected, customers may request a size exchange, subject to product availability.

To assist with sizing issues, we may request photos and measurements of the received item before approving an exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item to review the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos Required (Size, Color not match)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for a return shipping fee of $11.99 for all exchange requests.

However, Zasica Outfits will cover the return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify for a shipping-cost waiver, customers may be required to provide photos or other documentation for verification.

Zasica Outfits reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for return shipping coverage based on the circumstances of each exchange request.

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved exchanges are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Replacement items will be shipped according to our standard shipping procedures.

Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement product
  • Store credit
